Review on Badger Basket Barrel Top Espresso by Leslie Sharp

I ordered this from Revain and received it quickly (thanks Prime Shipping!) but we were one loop away from putting it together. All the documents that came with it said that you should NOT contact Revain for replacement parts, you should contact the company directly. I went to their website and there was a page dedicated solely to ordering replacement parts. (Seems like this happens quite often?!) I filled out the necessary information, found what I needed to order, and within two days it came to me for free. Excellent! The only downside is that the original strap that came in the toy box was bronze and the replacement strap that was mailed to me was silver. It's okay since the hinges are inside the box, but still. Overall I love the box - we bought this for our 18 month old to keep toys in his room. It's perfect because it won't pinch his fingers (the lid will stop in any position) and it's big enough to fit all his awfully big toys without taking up too much space in his room or too big for him to get things out of. . I would give it 5 stars if it came promptly with the correct parts and will probably buy one for our child when he needs his own toy box too!
