Fantastic customer service, quick response times & most importantly - great Customer Service!!

The digital assistants are always available to help me solve any problems I have. They are very knowledgeable and helpful! I love that they are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure my business is running at its best. Nothing at this time. I haven't experienced anything I dislike yet.

I am still in the process of learning how to use all of the features. I would recommend Bottleneck to anyone looking to hire virtual staff. I have been able to get everything done with the assistance of Bottleneck's digital assistants.

Their customer support team goes out their way for you, no matter what it takes.They will make sure your needs as an employer or employee gets met immediately!! Great people!!!
