I'm renovating a media room, got it a few weeks ago and put it aside while we did other things. I opened the box today to see that I got something that doesn't even come close (mechanical retractable screen, M100XWH, about $200). There is no way to speak to a person but just leave it to the Revain reorder interface which says I have to wait another 11 days and also when I click the link for the product it says it is currently available not available. It annoys me that now I can't get on with my project and didn't expect to have to babysit an order for an item and now I can't be sure that another screen actually pops up. TO UPDATE; So today, THREE WEEKS after receiving the wrong screen, I received a replacement. WRONG DEVICE again! Draw your own conclusions.
