It's been less than a year and everything is in shambles.

So for starters I'm ordering this in September 2018. When I first got this EVERYTHING had to be assembled, I mean the seat itself consisted of 3 parts: floor, backrest, hinges and hinge cover. A total of 15 parts had to be assembled for the chair on wheels. But an hour and a half later he was together. The quality was so-so. Not the best chair I've ever sat in. The pillow is too low for me and the lumbar support always goes up to my shoulders. Fast forward to March and I'm starting to notice the faux leather is peeling off in a few spots. Nothing special as I use this chair a lot. Fast forward to April and I'm on the floor for who knows how long. It turned out that the piston was broken and had to be replaced. I emailed the support team that made the chair and after half a dozen emails they wanted to look at a video of the problem (really how hard is it to understand that the chair is no longer You don't need proof, she wants to see exactly what the problem (I explained in detail in the very first email.) and after ordering 3 times from Amazon I finally received a replacement part at the end of June. I haven't had a chance to replace it yet because it's not exactly designed to fall apart. Now, today, the wheelbase is slowing down and all the wheels don't fit. So, less than a year later, this chair is falling apart completely. It took weeks of emailing and waiting for one part to be replaced and now I have to replace at least two more. It's just not worth it!
