Definitely not worth the money. THE ONLY USE IF YOU SLEEP WITH YOUR ARM STRAIGHT. So you need a big bed. I have a double bed and I usually stretch my arm out but then bend it towards my head. NOT WITH THIS PILLOW. I would also like to know who ONLY sleeps on one of these sites. It can't be used at all except to lie on the right or left side, so I'm hoping nobody has a partner they want to lie on before falling asleep on the other side because that won't work. You need to redesign this pillow. Maybe you have a strong velcro or other attachment that allows you to move the bent piece from side to side. But then you can't resist buying another one that works to lie on the opposite side (while keeping your arm straight unless you're maybe 6ft tall with really long arms and a king bed) . In addition, the head sweats like crazy, which is uncomfortable when sleeping. Only gave 2 stars because my dog loves the extra pillow in her cage.
