I am so glad I made this purchase and I wish I had bought it sooner. The steamer heats up in less than a minute and is waterproof. I steamed my clothes at a 90 degree angle and the water didn't drain out of the tub and burn me. The residual water in the tank does not run all over the suitcase, even when travelling. The steamer is light and easy to use. Depending on the thickness of the fabric, a tank filling is enough for about 3-4 shirts or about 1-2 pants. I can fill the tank with water easily and without risk of burns when the steamer is already warm. I love that this steamer has an on/off switch to both heat the water and control the flow of steam when the unit is already on. I also find it very good that the steam cooker switches off automatically after about 10 minutes of inactivity. The only point of criticism is the difficult attachment of the various steam attachments (e.g. with fluff, sensitive fabrics). To be honest I don't see the need for it because one of the great things about any steamer is that it won't burn your clothes like an iron! I have and will recommend it to friends. In fact, my mom has already ordered one for herself!
