Let me first say I came back to a 1 star review which received a comment from the company that the customer could get a refund and a replacement. I clicked on the comment sender and the page was not found. Bought on February 27th when our cables (which lasted about 2 years) started fraying while working and exposing internal wires. In less than 2 months the end that stuck into the phone started to crumble and today all three were dead completely. I'm not sure how they get so many positive reviews, my experience was pretty much the same as every one another negative review - a cable sure you can get a defective cable from any set. But all three on the same day? I would suggest it's not worth the risk and recommend you shop elsewhere.
