I bought this product after my daughter rolled out of her single bed several times in the middle of the night with a strong loud bang and lots of tears at midnight or later, we decided to do something for her, that's why we did we found this product. This foam bed rail was amazing, her tuxedo was right under the sheet and she loves to snuggle up to it at night without fear of falling out of bed again. It has a slight foam smell, we let it air out for about 12 hours and after that it was fine and so far it has been an amazing product. We went for a shorter one because we didn't want the rail all the way down through the bunk bed. **Overall very happy with this product. I did a lot of research on different heights and lengths and this one turned out to be the best option. The only downside is that the case isn't waterproof, but for the price, that's not necessary.
