I bought this for my daughter an it yes runs a bit small but they state that. I didn't expect my daughter to have an issue with size since she's very thing.she only did with length but she has longer arms and torso. Totally my fault but they worked with me on getting a larger size. Quality unsure my daughter just wanted a flag hoodie to wear occasionally. I don't feel bad for the price.
