Pros: I received the laptop very quickly, it got to me within -+ a week in Israel which was a pleasant surprise. Chromebook is a new experience for me. I usually use a Windows computer. Bought for parents who need a basic laptop for everyday tasks. Based on my little experience, this fits the bill. It's fast, very easy to set up and use. Something between an Android smartphone and a laptop. Of the minuses: I attached a photo of the SD card, which is used to expand the internal storage. Well, it's only halfway. I'm afraid it will break easily. I've tried contacting Revain product support but they only accept local US numbers and I live in Israel and have an Israeli cell phone and land line. Find out. Another downside for us bilingual keyboard users is that there are no keyboard shortcuts like in Windows for Chrome OS (Alt + Shift) and you have to go to the bottom of the screen to switch the keyboard language to Speech. Please help stick with this SD card from laptop. Edit July 29, 2019: After checking with Revain and watching an online YouTube video, the SD card should stick out. I see this as a design flaw as it can break easily. However, the laptop itself is great, very fast and meets all my parents' requirements.
