My daughter is very skinny but she usually fits with a length of 10-12cm. This product arrived and she was so excited because it's going to be very cold next week. She liked the feel, but her right leg was noticeably thinner than her left around her right calf, and the belt was very tight. After an hour of wearing, marks remained on it. She usually has to wear a 10-12 belt, but we buy her because she has long legs and a small waist. Overall I think they're pretty good, but I'd definitely go down a size if I bought them.
