Review on XUER Ergonomics Computer Adjustable Headrests by Ashley Chavez

I bought the Ticova version of this chair first because it looked and sounded the same but was $10 less. It wasn't identical - far from it. In all honesty it was defective - it leaned to one side despite being assembled correctly. Of course, I sent it back after a tedious disassembly that couldn't be completed due to jamming, pressing parts. I had to send it back in two boxes! Luckily I subsequently bought the XUER version and used the shipping box to return the Ticova parts that couldn't be disassembled. GOOD NEWS: This chair (XUER version) is AWESOME! MUCH EXCELLENT even though it's only $10 more. They may look the same, but they are so different. The XUER has a plastic bar attached to the underside of the seat cushion (the Ticova doesn't) that ensures it's assembled properly, sits flat, and lasts LONG. I could go on and on about the superiority of detail and construction, but I'll get to the point: BUY THIS. You will not be dissatisfied.
