These gloves seem to help but I wish the fingers were a little bigger. Small size fits my hand well to help with arthritis pain but fingers are too small for those arthritic joints. In fact, I want those who don't have fingers to go through the knuckles. I've also bought full fingers, but they're impractical just in case. I also bought middle ones without fingers but they are big for the hands, fingers fit well. So I wear a small one for my hands and a medium one for my fingers. That being said, I highly recommend these gloves! After sleeping in it (it's easy to do), the swelling in my arms goes away! pain too!
