Review on 🔌 Customized Non-Standard Motherboard Mainboard V4.2.7 (V4.2.2) by Calvin Reynolds

Arrived on time, in neat packaging (box, foam, electrostatic bag). I recommend taking a picture of your existing circuit board before removing it from the printer but before disconnecting any cables. Assembly was relatively easy - the wires are attached with hot glue, but the glue comes off easily. I twisted a wire during installation (the lead to the bed was loose), but it was obvious. The stepper motors are now quiet - the only thing you hear is the fan (and basically the PSU fan). I think.) It dropped from about 75dB to 50dB. Huge difference. I don't see any other differences, but the lack of surface sine waves should mean more accuracy (but I didn't dial up my printer to that extent, so reboot). The supplied one has a temperature pressure double fault and was released in April. Happy buyer! I highly recommend this hardware upgrade.
