We were able to assemble and set it up, mainly because I was determined not to send it back and to find a replacement. But here are the questions that would prompt a normal person to return: 1. Arrived broken - The box wasn't packed properly and one of the legs broke. My guess is that the wood that's glued together to hold them together wasn't made from bamboo. We removed the dowels and screwed the leg together at the base.2. The screws are too short - the screws holding the top to the base were incredibly short to hold everything together. I suggest using 1 5/8" as a spare (luckily we had leftovers from the project). 3. The size listed is incorrect - actual width is 11.75" and claims it could fit for another product (I hate when they list different types). of products in the same post! So confusing!) The difference doesn't seem like a huge difference (5/8" vs. 3/4"), but we had a narrow, specific range to work with and couldn't adjust it. you have to hammer (literally with a rubber mallet) to push it in. Overall the fabric and color of the wood is as described and once assembled it is (still) incredibly strong the pictures had edited instructions.
