I like that it is easy for non-technical users to use, especially if you do not have experience with command line tools. The way it handles memory is very unique as well! It does what its supposed to be doing without any issues. There are some things that could make this product better. If they can add an option to show how many bytes of data were extracted from each file as opposed to just showing the number of files processed, that would help tremendously. Also, the ability to extract more than one file at once could also greatly improve their software's functionality. We used reverses in order to find out where our application was being maliciously loaded from. This helped us determine which areas of code needed to be rewritten so we can block those types of attacks before ever reaching the user's computer.
