Nothing for side sleepers.

Pillow is a bit thin so not suitable for side sleepers unless you add another pillow. I found it too hard for my taste. For me, this works best between my legs to balance my hips when sleeping on my side. I like that it's natural, breathable and washable. A bit pricey crotch pad but I really like it for this purpose!
