The iPad slipped into the stand but I added a couple of Build Bonanza Lego Taps and am now very happy with this stand. He's holding my iPad right in front of me and straight up and down. Adjustable to different heights and angles. I am very happy. Now 1.5 years later the bracket holding my iPad is loose and not holding the iPad. It's held in place with a metal ball and plastic tie that's loose and won't tighten. I can't find how to contact these people with the problem BUT I am addicted to this product so I will either find a solution or order another one. I found a solution for my slipper holder. I purchased an ADJUSTABLE UPC MOUNT #X002CWZ7SP. Part No. SOU-009 Made in China, but if the President didn't screw up dealings with them, this will solve your problem, and you've learned not to twist it too much and remove the I-pad case to to save weight. The cost of a spare is about $13.
