The problem with the new clock persisted after changing the battery
When I received the new clock IT WAS NOT WORKING AT ALL. Didn't expect a new watch! So I have to replace a new battery but it still doesn't work. So I have to fix it and pay another $$ to fix a NEW BRAUN WATCH! Please look at the locker, check the quality of the watch before sending to customers. With a new watch, we don't expect any problems at first and get €10 for a battery change and ask the customer to do this on site.
