The lamp looks very nice but it came with the base, cord and bulb tucked/packaged in the lampshade. I can't remove the base from the shadows. I tried using Amazon's chat function to ask how to uninstall, but my rep Angelica didn't understand what I meant when I said the base was packaged in a shipping cover. She said to unscrew the bulb, then the lampshade would come off. HM? I can't unpack the bulb from inside the lampshade to screw it on! I may have to return this item if I can't figure out how to unbox the base from the shade. This is an odd way of packaging a lamp with the base tucked into the shade.
