Worse than useless. dangerous

I bought to fix a tall cabinet to the wall as the product is intended. Installed the two brackets [easily] and connected/hand tightened the sliding connector and connected the two end connectors at each end of the cable. An end connector came loose immediately without tension. If this did not happen during the installation process, but rather if/if my young children's cabinet tips over, then the product is unsafe and should be withdrawn from the market by Revain immediately. And yes, it was made in C.
