I have original Cherry MX Blue and Red keyboards that I use in the office. I bought this keyboard mainly because of the size so that I can take it with me on the go. I have to say that the build quality is excellent. It appears to be very well made and withstands all the somersaults in my backpack. The blue shift keys aren't as crisp as my Cherry MX Blue keyboard, but that's okay. The backlight, bluetooth/wired button layout (I need home/end/pgup/pgdn buttons for programming) are great! But there is one thing I don't like about this keyboard. Why is the keyboard so HIGH? This is due to the battery for the Bluetooth function, but it would be more ideal if the keyboard were made flatter but deeper for the battery. I feel like I need a mat to rest my wrists on for typing comfortably. I'll try to use this for a week to see if I can get used to the height of the keyboard, but if you can see the profile of the keyboard it's quite tall. It's a shame, because I actually like everything else about the keyboard.
