I bought this backpack in late 2016. I'm having a problem with the zipper after less than a year of moderate use. I contacted Targus to request a replacement and was pleased that someone answered the call very quickly. However, this is where the satisfaction ends. I have 2 of these bags and they both fail in the same place. You will not send me a new one. Very annoyed. To update. Targus still refuses to replace this package. It's torn and less than a year old. Terrible service and very rude staff.
