It's funny how a cheap fake Luminox can be more impressive than a real one. I bought a Luminox Blue Colormark for $250 but when I took it out of the box it looked like a $20 POS. I've had it for about 4 months and two of the tritium tubes came loose and were floating in the case. Then the other hand caught on one of the displaced pipes and stopped moving. The next day the second arm fell off. The warranty issue was worse than the watch issue. I gave up and tried to take the watch apart and fix it myself, but it all ended up falling apart. So, I saw this watch online and the reviews were great. That's why I bought the yellow one. I've been wearing it for about a year and I beat the crap out of it. He still looks great. I just bought the blue one which is sharp. I have a large collection of watches ranging from a few hundred dollars to those $20. You have most of the time on your wrist. I wear them everywhere. I work at midnight and have no problem reading them in the dark. I have a job that can be very physically demanding at times and this watch does the job well. In any case, I was disappointed with the Lume on Luminox. They weren't nearly as bright as I thought. I have attached this watch to various straps and they look amazing. I've read that some reviewers mention that they're too small, but as you can see they're not that different compared to the Seiko Monster and Casio Gravity Master. Anything over 43mm looks silly. I also read this is either a children's or women's watch. However. In most cases you get what you pay for. But every now and then something surprises you.
