I got these for around 20.00 shipped and I've put them through 2 fairly demanding hikes. Once in ankle-high water (Table Mountain after rains) and once in slush/snow (Ralston Peak). They came out water logged on the inside on my Table Mountain hike, only because water had seeped in from the top (not from the sides). They came out bone dry on the inside from the Ralston hike where I had to tread through both slush and snow. I was very pleased! They are very warm. The fuzzies at the top definitely help to add to the warm factor. The sole is flocked, which again helps no just in increasing comfort but warmth. So far, there are no foreseeable durability issues. Nothing is broken yet lol. I plan on Mt Shasta and Mt Whitney in these.---That they've held up to 2 fairly rigorous hikes is inspiring a lot of confidence in these. I'm so happy with these I bought another pair.
