This hat makes a strong statement.

This item was a huge hit at church; however, when it arrived, the brim was smashed in a couple of places (had to try and smooth out) and one of the flaps was unglued (had to glue in place).
This should not have occurred when receiving a new product. I was very disappointed it was not in a box.

I like this item because it looks elegant and fits perfectly on my head

I like the hat, but I disliked that my hat arrived all bent out of shape and I couldn''t unbend the wires to make it look natural, so the creases or dents in the hat are permanent. I''m really disappointed on how it was packaged.
