This mouse is awesome! I only started using it today, so I can't comment on the battery life. It's smooth and beautiful; easy and convenient to use. I didn't want the mouse to be "quiet" but now that I've tried it, I love it! I want to click, click, click! :) I couldn't test if it works from 10 meters away as I don't have that much space in any room, but it definitely works from 5-6 meters away! I love it and will buy it again and again. I'm considering buying a few more to give away to friends. Perhaps one day I will be able to evaluate the work of the "Battery". The mouse doesn't actually have a battery; You charge it with the included cable. The cable is very short but I guess it doesn't matter as I can put it on the table next to my laptop while charging (like I do with headphones, tablet etc.). It was easy to set up and connected to my computer via Bluetooth with no issues.
