Worth buying! It's sad to say that these are the only truly organic nursing pads on the market! But I can also say it's great! Other reviews here complain about leaks but I haven't encountered it. I have a pretty good fit and will drip or splash if I don't quickly cover it with a pad. Ladies, let me share an important trick with you: when breastfeeding, press on the opposite nipple and you'll start to flow, the pressure actually stops the flow and your pad does the work. A waterproof backing is not required. The back of most nursing pads, like the bamboo ones, is made of TPU plastic, which is said to be non-toxic, but it's also debatable if that's true. The only safe plastic that can be used for waterproofing is food-grade, plant-based polyethylene. And don't be fooled by bamboo brands claiming to be "organic bamboo" as there is no such thing. In any case, they're the only ones that are truly organic, they have a certificate to back it up, at least that's what it seems after I did a little research. They are soft, absorb moisture well and do not leak. They shrink with washing as mentioned in other reviews but unless you have huge nipples this shouldn't be a problem.
