Rusted Beyond Functionality

If you live where the roads are salted in winter, DO NOT BUY THIS. It is better to use a carrier bolt and weld the nut in place. The cheap rubber cap WILL fall off and the lock WILL BE SECURE in contact with water and salt. Very disappointing. No legal effort has been made to make this corrosion resistant. If you live in Texas or anywhere else I 100% recommend. Except the rubber caps still fall off for no reason which is still annoying so maybe 95% recommend
