I really really really like these clips. I cannot stress enough how many newborn and toddler bows and clips out there that just don't work. Clips that close and leave a blank area won't work as the baby's hair is expected to be thick enough to fill that space so the clip doesn't fall out. They close without leaving a gap or open space and literally just squeeze the hair together, meaning they actually have a chance to stay. I don't know why this isn't easy for most people to understand, or why so many parents I know don't understand why their baby clips won't stay in place - it's literally as simple as close the clip and grab to see the hair. In short, as addictive as it is, it really works! I can't say enough good things about them, they are well made, lovely colors and soft to the touch, no nicks or very sharp points in case a child picks them up.
