Review on Melissa & Doug Magnetic Sleeping Dress Up by Antonio Lofton

Need cover for paper and magnetic dolls

Like my experience with other Melissa and Doug products, this is well made. Magnets hold well, everything is made of wood except pictures. This is paper glued into wooden magnets. My youngest niece is too young for it but grabbed a piece when her sister was playing with it and put it in her mouth. Now there's a tiny tooth mark and some kind of torn picture of where she bit him. If that bothers you along with dozens of tiny accessories, this toy might not be for you. My two biggest downsides are that there is no cover art or list of accessories to ensure you get all the items you need. I think I'm missing two skirts, but I'm not sure. The packaging only says "32+ pieces". My nieces have traveled with it and there is no lid or lid to put a wooden utensil on to hold all the pieces together. We had to wrap them in plastic wrap to keep the parts from getting damaged. This is definitely not a good travel toy which I was disappointed in as it looked so compact. To travel with it you must leave the tray at home and put all the pieces in a sealed bag so you don't lose anything. Overall, this is the main reason I only gave three stars.
