A bit heavy for small frames.
I bought this for my mother but had to return it as it was too heavy for her. She is 95 years old and wishes she had problems with her neck and shoulders. I tried it, I liked it, I definitely recommend it. My husband has one and we love it. That's why I ordered her one. As others have said, don't lie down or lean back on it. It feels like your elbows and hands are massaging you. It's very relaxing and calming.
