We bought two of these as Christmas gifts for 5 and 7 year olds. The five-year-old's tablet stopped charging after a week. I contacted Dragon Touch support and after a week of communication I was able to return for a replacement. A week later we got a replacement. After 72 hours the digitizer started to freeze. This time it took weeks of communication to get the RMA form back. It has been two weeks since we returned the tablet and there is still no next replacement. It's so sad that you spend over $100 on a tablet and it lasts for days. Meanwhile, I have a little girl who is upset and disappointed that her siblings have pills and she doesn't. save your money Pay a little more and get a tablet that lasts more than a few weeks.
