Medium sized ratchet strap. I can't judge his endurance but I can comment on his landing which is fine. I have a 33 inch waist so I cut off just enough to make a 38 inch belt and then cut a bit more to make it a 36 inch belt. Hmm, just to stretch it. If the width of the belt was a little smaller than the buckle, like other belts, it would be easier to pull through. That's a star deduction. The price is about average, still cheaper than paying for two straps. .
