i bought this stepladder because it was a bit difficult for me to lie on the bed after pregnancy. I received a new one within a week. In addition, the return of the damaged item via UPS was so easy that despite all the inconveniences (early pregnancy) I was very satisfied with the purchase of this product.The assembly was done by my husband , it wasn't too difficult. I've been using the Step for a little less than a week, I'm very satisfied. Only the color is not as dark as in the picture. It is much easier.
