Works well, just a little noisy.
Made a loud grinding noise when first turned on. I had to loosen the screws around the base to stop it. It no longer squeaks, but it's not quiet at all. As far as I can tell it works fine. My Xbox One seems to be staying cool. Love how it sits on top with lego style legs to hold it in place. I also like that it's USB and plugs into the back of the console.
