I have a pair of BT headphones with a thick silicone strap behind the back of my head: they are strong, but they bounce so much that I can't train to keep them from falling every 2 seconds. With these separate headphones I solved the problem. I was skeptical but once I connected them to my ears. They fit so well they seemed made specifically for my ear canals. The noise canceling happens as soon as they are in my ears: they are so dense that they completely isolate my drums from the environment: I literally only hear what makes my body vibrate (e.g. footsteps, jumps or my movements) . own voice). The snug fit is also enough to always keep them in my ears during sports, even if I move a lot. I almost never have to reconfigure buds. It is great. The quality of the music is surprisingly good, especially after adjusting the equalizer (if I would have discovered it earlier). They are really good for rock music.
