I'm glad I didn't pay much

The print is fuzzy no matter what ink I use, even after sanding it down a bit and using Versafine ink, which can help that some stamps come out first clear. I'm glad I didn't pay a lot. The stamp was made in China and my experience with non-US made stamps is that quality can vary significantly from brand to brand and I think I received one from a bad batch. Return not worth the price.
