Corresponds to the declared size of the euro. I usually wear a 40 1/2 EU but ordered a 41. The US size is listed as a 7 1/2 but fits the same as my size 8 boots. Fantastic fit and buttery soft interior. Velcro and zippers seem strong enough but I will use them outdoors and occasionally at the track. If you use them constantly for racing I can see that the zips can die on you as they are not as strong as I would expect just for a track. I can easily squeeze a few seasons out of them in mixed skating. Very soft and comfortable but requires a good rest. Airflow is decent enough when you're moving, but stuffy when you're not moving. But it is to be expected that there will be full leather boots.
