Have been using it for a long time. They're not the most economical, but I like them because they're simple. They don't need to be cooked or mouth formed. I think you get about 14 per pack. They are individually wrapped and are simply placed in the mouth. Mine last quite a long time. It depends on how hard you grind your teeth. They are very comfortable because they are so small and thin. It's not the same as having something bulky in your mouth like a regular mouthguard. This is definitely a big plus. If you happen to bump into someone while wearing one of these, that's okay because they're barely noticeable. I will continue to buy them.
