Review on πŸͺœ E-Z Foldz 9-inch High Portable Folding Step Stool by Shawn Price

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Great addition to my home gym?

I use these ladders to start my dumbbell press from the floor. I also use it for single-leg split squats, bent-over dumbbell rows, and stair climbs. expensive and requires me to cancel the lease) I place the barbell on a stool, stand on my back, and roll the barbell over my wrists and elbows to start the lift. These stools are misused for their intended purpose and can take an absolute beating. When I drop the bar, the stool hits a weight of over 90 pounds. But these things are as strong as nails and they don't even have a scratch. Another great thing is that they are a little cupped in the middle where the hinge is supposed to hold the weight, which keeps the bar from swinging and swinging but still gives me lightness. I only bought one stool as I used to use a milk crate in addition to my year old milk crate (which was awful because of the bulge at the bottom of the crate). The stool I just ordered is about 125g heavier than the one I currently have and is a bit thicker but almost the same dimensions except for the length. It feels MUCH more durable, so it looks like B&R has upgraded the design to a more capable product. I will test it and then most likely order a third stool for his new design. Great little stool built like a tank. (I still use it occasionally to stand up to reach things and it does the job well)

Pros
  • great product
Cons
