Big straps no no

I liked the bag VERY much - a few months. The straps were an issue. When it arrived it had a rubber coating around the edges which left gum on my clothes. When it was finally gone, I fell in love with the bag. Until the straps came undone by themselves. It would be great if it weren't for the straps.
