I bought this for my newborn in the winter of December. The good thing is that it is sleeveless. So I could just put on a long sleeve jumpsuit and have that over it; It worked well and reduced the chances of overheating. I also liked the soft material. Its size was also good enough for my newborn who was born at the 99th percentile length. So other brands in size 0-3 would only fit her for a week or two before making it impossible to stretch in it. There were two things I particularly didn't like. First is the way the zipper closes, I feel like the fabric underneath is covering the movement of the zipper so I have to be extra careful that the zipper doesn't go through the fabric and get caught. Second, the way the zipper tucks in at the top once closed feels like there's a lot of fabric to hide the zipper. So I was always afraid that these thick layers of tissue would cover my child's face and cover his nose. You know how paranoid young mothers can be. Maybe it's perfect for babies from 3 months around the neck. Just a personal opinion as I have no experience dressing children. So my experience is based on what I felt and it might work perfectly for others.
