I've had the phone for a year now. This year, I'm sick of always charging my phone because it only works for 4 hours before needing to be recharged. At +4-5 degrees, the phone turns off and begins to cool off more quickly. Even when being used normally, the processor slows down. A fingerprint typically tells a different tale; it performs very poorly, occasionally becoming normal after three attempts. When the connection freezes, you must restart your phone for the Internet to function. Samsungs, I've been told, don't shut off in the cold, however mine seems to be an exception! There are no flaws, according to the service I went to! The phone should not be used!
