Review on Haflinger Women's AS Slipper Charcoal: Comfy Men's Loafers & Slip-Ons by Puggzy Wallin

Just thought I'd write a review after my first pair of slippers went down the drain. It's only been 9 months but I knew from all the other reviews there were issues with durability. And I work at home, so I literally wore them whenever I was awake. I was hoping they would last a little longer so a 4 star rating instead of 5 stars. However, they cured me of a really bad plantar fasciitis and I would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone suffering from foot problems. I think you should consider them as a temporary solution to the problem. For example, you wouldn't complain if a patch didn't stick after a few months of use. Sure, it's a lot more expensive than a patch, but for me it definitely cost $60 for nine months of relatively pain-free legs. However, in the future I have decided to upgrade to Haflinger Storm Flats in hopes that they will last a little longer. And I keep a spare pair of AS slippers in my closet just in case in the future. And the last thing - I decided to hand wash them in the future. I think the washing machine may have contributed to its rapid demise. After machine washing, the seams were often felt to be frayed and seams unraveled, especially towards the end.
