The first attempt to replace the strap broke
A piece broke on the first attempt to attach one of these straps to the Fitbit. There is a small piece protruding from the strap that allows you to compress the part that holds the strap in place or allows you to remove the strap. This piece broke off and disappeared somewhere. I haven't figured out how to remove the band from the Fitbit without tearing it. Luckily the group still stays on my Fitbit, but now I'm having trouble trying to delete it when I want to change the group.
