Trello is great and helped us get our software engineering department organized
I like that it allows you to be able manage multiple projects at once, as well has being very customizable for each project/task type within your organization (bug fix or new development).
It can sometimes become cluttered with too many tabs open so not having an easy way of closing things out makes certain tasks harder than they should have been in my opinion.- Not all features are available worldwide yet but there will come time when this changes because we need some sort feature from Europe if nothing else! So far everything i've needed was covered by their support team who were fast efficient knowledgeable people - which helps tremendously since most other vendors tend towards "try before buy" approach rather then giving good customer service upfront.
- The product is pretty good and does what you want it to do.
- The interface is easy to use and has a good layout to it
- Nothing in particular comes to mind we use the product well and there is no reason for this to change
