Packaging problem; the product is ok. I will look for another seller in the future. The two bottles were held together with clear packing tape, leaving a sticky residue everywhere that took a lot of persistence to remove. Dove's product labels were also removed with tape. I'm pretty sure Unilever would like their labels to stay intact when the product is used and I'd rather have them on the bottle.
