***Update: This is my favorite sleeping bag. The fabric is breathable yet warm. Fleece briefs always make my little one sweat a lot. My baby sleeps in it every night. It has weird pilling/meshes at first, but I've washed it (machine wash and tumble dry) so many times and not only is it still soft and cozy, but the netting doesn't show up like it used to. I like it so much that I take a different size and a long sleeve version. I have been using this item for about 11 months. *** It is very soft but feels cool. It takes some time for the heat to build up. I don't think I've ever experienced peeling like this before. I always thought there were strands of hair stuck in the fabric, but I think it was strands of a rubber band curled up into a ball and pulling them out is like pulling out a spider web. Also, the zipper is quite bulky for my stomach sleeper, but that's not a problem. Nice protective strip with zipper.
