Honestly wish I could give -0 stars. I've built many custom aquariums and I don't know how this item got 5 stars.1. The package was poorly packed with a white box (no factory box), but the device is new. With a black mark on the box for the model number but no serial number.2. Heavy plastic smell when I opened the block.3. Poor instructions, says it fits a 1/2" ID hose, but it's a 3/4" fitting with no fitting. This means you can only have a 1 3/4" ID option. 3. Bad o-rings, leaks right out of the box, no matter what I tried to stop the leak. no answer. Okay, be patient. I bought a 3/4" hose from Homedepot that cost me $22. Just try to see how this UV light works. I thought the hose was leaking, which is impossible, then I found leaks at both inlet/outlet seals.5. Okay, I've given up. Write the seller a refund letter again. The seller is again not responding. I should contact Revain to escalate this.
